Product availability is not guaranteed. In the event that an item becomes unavailable after your order is placed, we will notify you promptly and offer a full refund or a suitable alternative.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Estimated delivery times are provided as a guide only and are not guaranteed. Berrywell Store is not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers, customs clearance, or circumstances beyond our control. Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery.

6. Returns & Refunds

We offer a 30-day return policy for items that are unused, in their original condition, and original packaging. Items damaged due to misuse or negligence are not eligible for return. To initiate a return, please contact us at jpjaraga16@hotmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

7. Warranty

All Berrywell night lights come with a 12-month limited warranty against manufacturing defects. This warranty does not cover damage resulting from improper use, accidents, or unauthorized modifications. Warranty claims must be submitted within the warranty period with proof of purchase.
