At Berrywell Store, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we are here to help. Please read our Refund Policy carefully.

1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date, provided that:

  • The item is unused and in its original condition
  • The item is in its original packaging with all accessories and tags intact
  • You have proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Items damaged due to misuse, accidents, or negligence
  • Items without original packaging
  • Items marked as final sale or non-returnable at the time of purchase

2. Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at jpjaraga16@hotmail.com with:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

3. Third-Party Sourced Products

As Berrywell sources products from third-party suppliers, some items may have limited stock and cannot be restocked. In such cases, if a replacement is unavailable, we will issue a full refund instead.

4. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please follow these steps:

  2. Provide your order number and reason for return
  3. Wait for our team to confirm your return request and provide return instructions
  4. Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or incorrect.

5. Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days and credited to your original payment method.

Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to reflect the refund in your account.

6. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired product.

7. Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement. After this window, the order may have already been processed and shipped. Please contact us immediately if you need to cancel an order.
