At Berrywell Store, we are committed to delivering your night lights safely and on time. Please read our Shipping Policy carefully before placing your order.
1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
As our products are sourced from third-party suppliers, processing times may occasionally be extended due to stock availability. We will notify you promptly if there is any delay.
2. Domestic Shipping (Vietnam)
We ship to all provinces and cities across Vietnam.
- Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
- Express Shipping: 1–3 business days (available in select areas)
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
3. International Shipping
We ship to select international destinations. Estimated delivery times for international orders are 10–21 business days, depending on the destination country and customs processing.
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by their country. Berrywell Store is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.
4. Shipping Carriers
We partner with reputable shipping carriers to ensure safe and timely delivery. The carrier assigned to your order will depend on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this number to track your shipment in real time through the carrier's website.
6. Shipping Delays
Berrywell Store is not responsible for shipping delays caused by:
- Natural disasters or extreme weather conditions
- Carrier disruptions or strikes
- Customs delays for international orders
- Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer

7. Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to investigate and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
8. Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before placing your order. Berrywell Store is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Address changes can only be made within 12 hours of placing your order.
